-Performing at Bay Area K-12 schools to teach kids about kathak dance.

- Traveled to various Bay Area tech companies to demonstrate the similarities between kathak and the tech world.

“The Royals” choreographed by Matthew McKines III. Premiered in December 2015 at the McKenna Theater

“With Reservations” choreographed by Bridgette Lott. Premiered in December 2016 at the McKenna Theater

 

“Maya” Self choreographed. Premiered in December 2016 at the McKenna Theater

SF State’s University Dance Theater:

“With Reservations” choreographed by Bridgette Lott. Performed in March 2017 at the McKenna Theater.

"House of Divine Children" choreographed by Ray Tadio and Dancers (Rayn Holmes, Matthew L. McKines III, Brandon

             Brown). Premiered April 2018 at the McKenna Theater 

Other Bay Area Performances:

“Recede” choreographed by New York choreographer, Jalila Bell. Premiered on February 2017 at Mill College’s  Ebb+Flow- 5th Anniversary Concert.

Afro Urban Society & Bearettes performance at 2019 Ethnic Dance Festival. Premiered on July 6th & 7th 2019 at Zellerbach Theater. 

                                         

      

Office Experience

Global Exchange: San Francisco, CA April 2015- Current

Database and Membership Administrator:

  • Receive donor donations (mail and online) and record in Salesforce database

  • Create and send out thank you letters to donors

  • Pull donor reports and reconcile differences in Online donor tracking platforms

  • Correspond with donors and assist with any inquiries 

  • Track lapsed monthly donors and contact them to renew

Yerba Buena Center for the Arts: San Francisco, CA October 2014- February 2015

Performing Arts Intern:

  • Provide hands-on support for YBCA performances and public programs including back-of-house (Artist hospitality) and front-of-house activities.

  • Create artist itineraries and welcome packets

  • Receive and process donor payments

  • Create and mail donor thank you letters

  • Organize hard copy files of thank you letters and other donor documents

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new student/audience inquiries conveying our mission and school/events in details and with passion

  • Manage the online registration system (Activenet)

  • Assist students with registration payment process
